We have a money-back-within-30-days policy. Meaning you have 30 days to return your item for a full refund on what you paid for the returned item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Returned item(s) remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us, we recommend for your own protection, that you use a delivery service that ensures you for the full value of the goods and also offers proof of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, if you have entered the wrong address, moved address or need to change product variants after your order has been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund.
